In honour of the house of Habsburg, nine vintners from Jedenspeigen and Sierndorf pressed a wine that shows strong and timeless ideals. Fermented in an oak casks with bases made from acacia wood, this wine was stored on yeast for 10 months. It is straw-coloured and features aromas of ripe, yellow fruits with a hint of vanilla and spicy roast aromas. The body contains a dense, fine structure with a juicy and creamy mouthfeel. It is balanced and has a long finish with a hint of cinnamon.
